This year marks the tenth anniversary of Cassper Nyovest’s debut album, ‘Tsholofelo’.
The rapper took to socials to triumph over this ten-year mark and listed all of his accolades since the album release. He also expressed graitude to God and his day one supporters.
“My testimony is a real one”, stated Cassper. “A young boy who had a dream and believed in God. We dropped this album independently with no experience, wisdom or money. Little did we know that we were making history and that we would change the ground of South African music and Africa as a whole forever.”
‘Tsholofelo’ was released on July 18th, 2014. The 19-track oeuvre contains some of Cassper’s biggest hits including ‘Doc Shebeleza’, ‘Phumakim’, ‘Gusheshe’, and many more.
