South African Afro-Soul legend Lira recently gave her first interview since suffering a stroke in 2022. She sat down with Relebogile Mabotja on her show ‘Upside of Failure’ on Radio 702.
Lira breaks down what exactly happened the day she suffered the stroke and how much progress she’s making with her speech impediment.
"I get surprised with how much progress I'm making, and today is a good day,” she says.
