KP KingDrip Teases Upcoming Music Video Release Of 'FAIRIES' Featuring Reggie Madawg

Budding artist, Keanu Perumal popularly known as KP KingDrip shared on his socials that he will be releasing a new music video on the 23rd of June titled, 'FAIRIES' featuring talented rapper from Centurion, Reggie Madawg.

KP KingDrip raps about his comeback, his relationships with women, and the cutthroat mentality he has developed being an independent artist in the industry in his 'signature deep voice'. 

Reggie Madawg follows on his lifestyle now, recently having a baby while balancing his life as an artist with his 'unique cadence and flow'. He clearly states KP KingDrip and himself are now ‘the best up in SA’ in the song 'FAIRIES'.

This is the first time 'KP KingDrip' has collaborated with Reggie Madawg on a music video with many more similar tracks expected on their first mixtape 'Drip Meets Dawg'. This is a response to their fans recognising the chemistry they've had in their music.

KP KingDrip records all of his music independently and engineers his songs including the final mix of  'FAIRIES'. Reggie Madawg has his own engineers and engineers himself as well.

"Being independent artists, we've had to make do with what we have for videos. So I called 'Sangel Mallo' (Saniq Images) who is my go-to videographer and we brainstormed ideas for 'FAIRIES’,” says KP KingDrip.

He added: “Interestingly, my mother is a property agent so I thought we could use one of her empty show houses in Waterfall Equestrian to shoot the video for 3 hours. As I've already used my house for my first music video. Reggie Madawg suggested we could shoot in Centurion at a local corner store with his crew as well. So that's what we did!"

The music video for 'FAIRIES' drops this Friday on all platforms.
