Miss Hilary Makes Her Debut With ‘Pandza’ From Upcoming Project

The popular Xibelani dancer, Miss Hilary is set to finally drop her debut single ahead of her full body of work on the 2nd of June. 

Miss Hilary will be releasing her first single titled, ‘Pandza’ taken from her up coming full project titled ‘Best of Both Worlds’. 

Africanity is something she always defined in a way that suited her, as she always knew what it meant to be herself, there was no better way than to convey it other than music. 

With this single, Miss Hilary tried to create a sound that describes her and where she stands as an African woman. 

She identifies herself as a combination of all different cultures and traditions which is what moulded her into who she is today and the cultural awards she’s been winning throughout the years. 

Her full EP features creatives in South Africa, Nigeria and Namibia, she worked with 3 experienced producers, Simefree, Sakhile Manqele and Ndu Browns (Blaqdiamond) with the Legendary Mzamo Ndlovu as a project supervisor. 

She mentioned that it is not an easy task for her trying to explain to her producers the outcome of what she wanted from this this single and the full project. 

It is both worlds that made her , the world of an African traditional being and that of a modern day being. 

This is only a glimpse into her world with hope that it’s received in a way that helps people understand who she truly is. 

It’s more than just music, it’s an identity.
