It was just last week when AKA's posthumously released album 'Mass Country' came out for the masses to consume and it is crazy on the amount of love that the project has received. The Megacy really came through for AKA as they lead to the rise of his streaming numbers. His music dominated the charts of Apple Music playlists across the country as well as Spotify playlists. AKA was also featured on the Spotify Billboard in Times Square for his album release.
These have been major achievements in his honour as the team, family and the Megacy played their part with contributing towards the reached accolades. It was then announced on Wednesday by Nivo from T-Effect that the monthly listeners on Spotify have since grossed to over 1 Million making him the 2nd most streamed South African Hip-Hop artist in South Africa following Nasty C who is currently leading the number of monthly listeners.
May we continue to honour his legacy through his art and remembering the impact his work has had on fans from across the globe.
