Emerging Hip-Hop artist, Roy August is set to drop his second offering, 'The 7th Avenue' this Friday. The rapper intends to brings us into his musical realm once again with production inspired by the likes of Mike Dean, Wondagurl and Eestbound. The upcoming body of work which houses 5 tracks consists of songs with dark baselines, accompanied by hard drums and futuristic melodies.
Roy August studied the New Age Trap Legends such as Travis Scott, Offset, Young Thug, and has mastered how to channel the “vibes” and share his life experiences through the music.
August delves into the struggles of a young black man who comes from nothing, trying to make it by any means possible. He raps about obtaining most of the things that he always aspired to have since he was young.
