By @SeptemberEleven on 12/02/2022 in News

Rocking The Daisies has shared an after movie for this year’s Cape Town event which took place in October.

The 7-minute clip shows the highlights from all the stages and captures the euphoria of the festivalgoers. The video also sends a message of gratitude to everyone involved in the success of RTD 2022 after a two-year hiatus owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, a message reiterated in the official statement:

“Two years ago, bringing back #JWxRTD felt impossible. Yet, throughout all of the madness, South Africa, your consistent love and support shone through like a ray of sunshine on a bed of daisies.

Without you knowing, you’ve set us on the path for the next generation of Rocking the Daisies, a bigger, better, and even more incredible experience. We are now ready to put our beautiful nation on the global festival map.

So, thank you, South Africa.”

This year’s event was a rejuvenation and set the tone for more RTDs to come in the future. RTD accompanied the after movie with an announcement.

Phase 1 of Festive Deal tickets launched this morning at 10am. All tickets and camping combo bundles are being sold at reduced prices with limited amounts available for each, as well as on-site perks being offered to all festive ticket holders who purchase.
