@asaioweofficial Set To Drop Sophomore EP titled, 'Letters To Soulmates'

By @OfentsePhukubye on 09/05/2022 in News

This past month, I happened to discover an Alternative/RnB artist who goes by the name of Asaiowé through her single 'Blue Lights'. I loved how the Piano was the first instrument that you hear as it sets the mood of the song, this is then followed by the beat drop before she layers down her vocals. The song was just mind blowing as the storyline for me was talking about two parties that are highly in love and it is then in the 'blue lights' where they get the sensation of feeling each other on a more intimate level. For me the song showcased the element of lust and how much the sensation of being touched by your lover plays a role as the singer was more or less speaking on how she missed the presence of her partner. That was my understanding of the message she wanted to transpire to her lover.

The talented singer then went on a short hiatus of which I presume she was utilising to create her forthcoming offering as she announced today that she will be releasing her sophomore EP titled, 'Letters To Soulmate' and this was accompanied by a very eye catching visual teaser of one of the singles on the project. I am excited for this drop as the single showcases a totally different sound from the creative and a more 'matured' side of her visual aspect as this is fully represented by the outfit she had on and the colour red from the letter box. From the visual teaser, you are able to grasp the new approach on the new tape as it has a totally different touch compared to her previous work.
