It's only been just over a month since the newly launched 1020 Cartel by artist Sjava and producer, Ruff ATM compilation album iSambulo was released. The 10-track project features the stable’s four new signees namely; Mzukulu, Nue_Sam, Anzo, as well as Yallunder, and transcends genres, fusing maskandi, hip hop, soul, and poetry into a sound coined African Trap. In the short period of its release, iSambulo has been announced to have reached 1 million streams already. That's massive news to take home on this New Music Friday.
