Over the weekend, Cassper Nyovest and Ma-E had an exchange of tweets following a fan's wishes that the latter was featured on Sweet And Short which dropped last year. Little did we know that that would lead towards a conversation of the two stars possibly doing some work together this year.
Ma-E, a veteran rapper who has cemented his name as the coolest OG on the block over the years, has never collaborated with Cassper Nyovest musically. Mufasa, on the other hand, is not that different from the Township Counsellor as he too preaches hood pride with everything he does. This is most evident lately with his passion for taking music and rap back to kasi, drawing inspiration from South Africa's unforgettable kwaito era. Although there is no solid confirmation of whether a track or two will come from these two acts, something tells us that when it finally happens it will be something for sore ears. Let's say a collective prayer for the music gods to bring this combo to manifestation sooner than later. It could be massive!
