Mayday, mayday! The Eagle has landed, as Ishmael finally unleashes his viral track Ever Since Takalani following an exciting clip that was posted last week on Twitter which had the streets in hysteria upon seeing it.

The full track, just above 4 minutes long, finds Ishmael crooning about how he's always wanted to be as big as he - a rockstar. With so many decades in music under his belt, his voice is still sounding as crisp and infectious as the many times you've heard him through POC, Jozi, and in his solo capacity all these years. The clever sample of the iconic puppet show, Takalani Sesame, many of us grew up watching is what got everyone's attention and the producer certainly hit the nail on the head by fusing it so well into the trappy atmosphere while also accommodating Bongani Radebe's saxophone. While that is the current excitement, Ishmael has gone on to shoot a music video for his recent smash, Gimme Gimme Gimme, which Muthaland Entertainment teased with a preview of the visuals on social media:
