This year's 100 Most Influential Young Africans list has been announced by the African Youth Awards and Avance Media. The list features young professionals from different walks of lives and professions, all selected from 26 African countries to highlight their positive influence in their respective countries and the continent at large.

Among the list of numerous individuals including athletes and politicians are Cassper Nyovest, Nasty C, and Loot Love who represent local entertainment through hip hop. Also in the 100, representing South Africa are entertainment powerhouse Bonang Matheba; DNA Brand Architect, Sylvester Chauke, as well as one of the latest Cosmo girls, Nomzamo Mbatha.
