PSA: @lpo_sa Calls On Street Artists To Join Their BIG PICTURE Tomorrow cc @frypanmfula

By @Spokenpriestess on 04/12/2018 in News

When the originator of the phrase, "squad goals," created it I don't think they had anticipated Let's Play Outside's (LPO) definition. Ahead of the upcoming LPO Fest happening on the 28th of April 2018, the good people over at RHTC and Playground store are calling on all street artists to come and join in on the biggest African street culture picture to be taken tomorrow, 13th April 2018, in Braamfontein.

Last year, they had over 100 street artists in their "BIG PICTURE," and this year they are aiming for a continental record of 300 people in one picture. Talk about shaking the streets for real. If you recall correctly, the RHTC store also spawned the longest queue in street culture for a local brand when Riky Rick had his Cotton Club Records pop-up store over a month ago. Do you see where this is going? It's all about shifting the culture and creating a movement of power in unity. Make sure you pull up at 17:00 to 70 Juta Street (RHTC x Playground Store) to get in on the action. We need all the representation we can get!
