Amarii Returns With A New Single 'Welcome 2 My Life'

South African upcoming artist and producer, Amarii releases yet another song titled 'welcome 2 my life'. This is another song by Amarii taken from his soon to be released project titled 'From Bremersdorp With Love'. 

Amarii recently released a single titled 'Fame' that was also taken from the forthcoming project which was received with great anticipation as  the release date of the project draws closely.

There were no  intentions from Amarii on making a record with the beat at the time, he was just focused on making some Hard Drill beats. 

Recording then began as quick as  possible and he started piecing the hook together to give the song some context. It was at this point Amarii knew he wanted to make a song that embodied who he was and where he came from.  

This record is a Drill or Hip-Hop/Rap song and what to expect from 'welcome 2 my life' specifically, is the fact that it basically sets the  tone for how the rest of the project will go. This release being track 2 on the project, it really sounds as if it is an extension to the introduction of the project as this song literally “Welcomes” you to Amarii’s life as the rest of the project really brings you into the way. Amarii sees things.

“I’m proud to have a song that speaks on my surroundings. I’ve  never really been one to stand for the place that raised me until I  actually started crafting this project. It’s very special to me because  it truly speaks on the things that I grew up around and the things  that made me who I am today. From the beginning of the release  year I’ve really been allowing myself to get used to the idea that  the city I come from is all the support I need to truly make it out  into the world and with this song I feel like I made something for us,  the people of Bremersdorp. A lot of creatives from where I come  from shy away from embracing the cities, towns or neighborhoods  they come from and with the headspace I’m currently in, inspiring  other people to create the culture or a movement is also a prority!” Amarii adds onto how he really feels about this record.
