Following singles ‘Emathandweni’ and ‘Khuleka’ featuring Basetsana, SUPTA has released a new offering titled ‘Sebenza’ with all-round entertainer, Khanyisa.
SUPTA’s music is devoted to his own personal faith and is filled with themes of spiritual exploration and identity. Now, positioning himself as the Godson of AfroHouse, he assumes himself the conduit of the music he makes. ‘Khuleka’ and earlier spiritually charged releases were the stepping stones to his musical identity.
“Sebenza is a song that speaks to one’s hustle; to putting in the work and doing it for themselves, their families, and their kids,” SUPTA says. “It’s a representation of just hustling, and doing what needs to be done, so you can be what you want to be, and live the life you want to live,” he adds.
