Nomfundo Moh has released visuals for her lead single, ‘Uthando Lunye’ from her latest album, ‘Ugcobo’.
‘Uthando Lunye’ is about a unified love. Nomfundo Moh places her soulful vocals over an infectious instrumental where she vocalises her wish for a better tomorrow for listeners and encourages them to keep on going.
The music video for ‘Uthando Lunye’ was shot in Nomfundo Moh’s hometown, Ndwedwe in Kwa-Zulu Natal and is centred around the school in which she attended as a child, ‘Intaphuka Primary School’.
During Nomfundo Moh’s listening session for her album, ‘Ugcobo’, she broke down why she shot her new music video at her former school.
“I see the need to visit the school that I attended where everything began, Intaphuka Primary School. I want to school my music video for ‘Uthando Lunye’ there and I was to see what can I do to make these people happy. To encourage these little souls. What can I do to empower them to reach for the skies and beyond.”
