Eswatini born and raised, Lindelani Simelane, popularly known as Amarii is an emerging artist and producer who has just put out a Hip-Hop/Rap single titled, ‘Accusations.’
The song follows his previous release ‘And So Say All Of Us’ EP which was a deep introspection and manifestation.
‘Accusations’ is really about the way relationships commonly play out either between friends, family or even people in romantic relationships.
“It basically speaks on people always looking for someone to blame when something goes wrong and someone always has to take the fall for the sake of peace. I think the reason why I felt it makes sense to me is because this situation has been the theme of my life quite a lot and the relationships have always somehow been important or even based around music,” says Amarii.
He added: “Somehow I’ve always been the one who is willing to take the blame to maintain peace in my own life but now I always have to question myself and ask “but at what cost?”.
Initially he thought the song is a sign of healing not only from the subject but from life’s trials and tribulations. ‘Accusations’ is a release that is meant for people to feel as uplifted as he was when he made it.
