The west meets the south as Nigerian singer-songwriter, Bella Shmurda joins forces with Nasty C in the new version of his Afrobeats banger, ‘Philo (Remix)’.
Bella Shmurda delivers autotuned vocals while Nasty C drops a distinguishable verse over Krizbeatz’s production.
“I’m a huge Nasty C fan, and I’m not shy about it! He’s a talented artist and I’m happy my team was able to make this collaboration happen”, Shmurda expressed.
The original version of Bella Shmurda’s hit single, ‘Philo’ features Omah Lay and appears on his debut album, 2022’s ‘Hypertension’.
‘Hypertension’ became a chart-topping album that gained 150 million streams globally, and ‘Philo’, which was the lead single that dropped a month before the project accumulated over 95 million streams to date.
