Sho Madjozi has finally broken her long silence as she has graced us with a new single titled 'Toro'. The single speaks on numerous challenges that she faced in the course of her career rising hence she took the long hiatus. The visuals will best explain what she is trying to express from a musical standpoint.
The single features American superstar, DDG making it her first international feature. This is a her first release of the year and already she has everyone dancing all day, everyday. We received an invitation a while back to attend the official screening of the Music Video for the song 'Toro' and they were stunning as the cinematography stood out. When she came up with the concept, many people told her that it was impossible to execute but not Lindokuhle Langa. The young filmmaker and director saw the vision in what Sho Madjozi and went with it. The visuals are inspired by the betrayal that Sho Madjozi initially experienced from the very same people she had thought cared for her.
The song is well written and well produced as it is a great activator into the summer season. The music video will be premiering on YouTube at 7PM so do set your reminders.
