Khenji returns with the follow up to his latest '3P', with the second part of his trilogy release for the year titled "3P2”. In this sequel EP khenji discusses the theme "Time waits for no man" as the overall topic for the release.
In the Intro titled 'Kasi Politics’, Khenji introduces a more Kwaito Influenced sound similar to his first release of the year ‘Nice Life Problems’. Khenji discusses the influence and impact his home town (Alexandra) has had on him over the years of his adult hood and furthermore explains the impact he is yet to present to his home town in the coming years, will be as impactful as the influence Alexandra
Township has bestowed upon him. The second single titled "Journey", Khenji finds nothing as fruitful as talking to GOD about his troubles and fears throughout the process of his growth and success. Although the road to greatness is long, hard and unpredictable khenji prays that over time he never loses himself, morals, values and most importantly never succumb to the temptations of this world throughout his journey of becoming who he truly is.
"Tribute to the Dead" the last and final song of 3P2 sets the perfect tone as an outro to the second part of the trilogy, as it is as the title describes it to be, a tribute to all our fallen Brothers and sisters. Khenji explains although it is the end of time for some of our lost souls, it is not the end of the road for after life there is a time where we will all be united again, loneliness is only temporary.
