I've come to associate Mo$hpit Cindy with R&B but her writing ability was always clear. Her latest release, titled 'Guilty', sees her go into a more trap-influenced sound which I didn't expect from her but I knew I would love the song when I heard the snippet on her Instagram account. The song sees her hover between singing and rapping and is packed with braggadocio lyrics like when she said "copped a bag from Netflix for a track done in my kitchen". It's kinda dope to hear her feeling herself and I wouldn't be mad at all if she does more songs like 'Guilty' because she clearly has the ear and ability to execute this sound. She doesn't sound out of place at all. Stream 'Guilty' below.
