arsonandloner are one of the more talented musical duos that I have come across in the last year and their latest release titled 'Heaven To You, Hell From Me' plays on the duality of their musical personalities. Songs like 'Alone, I Break' show the duos ability to make soft-spoken acoustic singles, which always catch me off guard given their more prominent aggressive sound. I think a song like 'Corporate Corpse', where their unique style is balanced with a bounce that Hip Hip audiences are familiar with, is something that only they could bring to the scene.
My personal highlight of this album comes via the second track titled 'Love+Hate'. That sort of melodic punk-infused sound offers them the opportunity to appeal to a wider audience whilst being able to remain true to themselves. Ultimately, arsonandloner are an extremely talented pair of artists that make a high-quality brand of music that draws inspiration from Hip Hop, Rock and Pop.
