Lurah and Khanyisile Qha's chemistry is undeniable from their first two single, Red Flag and Rain which had fans eager to hear the full Extended Playlist. As promised, today they have finally released Ties, which is a 10 track body of work, where RnB meets Soul and shades of Trap, as they bare it all on this work of art. The artists recorded the project at the Trap Money Studios situated in Khayelitsha, Cape Town with the well renowned engineer MsaiBeats, who produced all the songs.
The songs span from emotion triggering songs like “Bangani” to bedroom songs such as, “Rain”. While each song varies in tone and style, they still fall within the same theme. Ties is a soulful project, with catchy hooks and cherubic melodies, which tells the story of how love, lust, everything in between and how they can coexist. A certified classic with emotive driven lyrics from start to finish. Check the full project out below;
