Musina town rapper Phineas Sithole, better known as Blendy Tee writes a tearful letter to the municipality via a song “DEAR MASPALA”. In the single he points out issues faced by the community’s youth and older creatives. The artists spoke for many who are not supported or unappreciated by community leaders.
