Don Calya aka the cheeky alt star dropped the music video for her single titled 'Flex' ft Breeze Zulu Bass King. 'Flex' deviates from the alternative pop sound that I've come to know Don Calya for and 'Flex' sounds like it would be the perfect song for a dance movie like Step Up. The dance choreography throughout the video made me reminisce on the days where I would pretend to be Channing Tatum in front of the mirror. Don Calya brings an undeniable energy to the song, and to be fair the same can be said about the rest of her catalogue. Don Calya made 'Flex' with the intention of showing how versatile she is and 'Flex' shows that she has the ability to make a bass-heavy Hip Hop single. I think that's the attribute I admire most about Don Calya, she is a genuine mix of different cultures and experiences and it really shines through in her music.
