Over a year since the release of ‘unsolicited’, Ipeleng takes on a more outward and soulful approach in her reflections with her latest project, "pHantom."
It is no longer solely an expression of her disappointments, discontent and grief but rather an extension of these emotions and how they manifest around her and in the people she chooses to love. The EP explores the intricacies of hardened and false selves within intimate relations. more bluntly it explores the disappointment of uncovering illusions without any material substance.
