From the dusty roads of Dvokolwako, a diamond mine village in Eswatini, Grixxly applies pressure with his debut EP "As The Fruit Ripens".
He opens up the EP with an audible presentation of how everything starts off as a "Blank Kanvas", 'From the world's most famous paintings to the world's most celebrated songs which gives birth to dreams and gives vision and identity to ideas', describes Grixxly.
Throughout the five track EP Grixxly shows off his versatility and lyrical prowess on hard-hitting trap influenced beats and soul-infused samples.
The closing song, Brema To Rio, which features compatriot Oriiginelle, offers prophetic aspirations of taking his talent and music beyond the borders of Eswatini, as far as Rio de Janeiro.
The debut has land the 22-year old rapper/producer critical acclaim, as the project peaked at number 3 on the Apple Music top album charts and the title itself suggests that the best is yet to come from Grixxly.
