Have You Heard @sibahlexulu_'s Debut EP Titled #TheseSongsAreAboutYou?

By @itsmanjobruh on 01/19/2021 in Projects You Should Hear

Pretoria seems to be the birthplace of talented musicians, and in most cases, most of them seem to breakthrough into the industry, with the likes of A-Reece, The Big Hash, Elaine, 25K, Thato Saul and many others in the forefront of it. New comer, Sibahle Xulu professionally known in the public as S B X has made her decision to pursue her career in the South African music industry, as she released her debut 7-tracker EP titled 'These Songs Are For You' back in October 2020. Definitely for the grown and sexy, Sibahle taps into the R&B market as she dedicates her elegant words to a special someone with serenading vocals.

Without a single feature, 'These Songs Are About You' was worked on for a whole year and a half before it got to see the light, and is executive produced by Sedi Santana, Karmakarmasutra and Sonnythemaker. The EP draws inspiration from the singers personal journey with love, heartbreak and lust. Her honest approach to songwriting is what carries her music, letting her vulnerability speak for her when simple words cannot.
