It's one thing to start your career in 2019, it's another when it's only been 9 months in and you release your debut single. Anxiety shooting through the roof, as most musicians till this day feel when it's time to release something truly important to them and their fans. This creative trio found themselves kicking it in studio and really just loved how the lyrics married the beat, and so 'Ngiyak'saba' was born. With it being Shera's first time in studio, the DJ decided to record her vocals over the DJ Rico and Soa Matrixx production and it came out as she envisioned it - clean! DJ Rico is known to be a hip-hop DJ but comes across to be very versatile in his field of work.
The song 'Ngiyak'saba' tells the story of a lady who has fallen in love with a man who can't commit to her.
"Music is a personal relationship. Everyone resonates with music differently. With this song a lot of people can identify with falling in love with the wrong person, and even going along with it until you realize that you're actually afraid of this love. It's relatable in that sense, but as music does we go on with life, we continue to dance and enjoy even after that heartbreak" Shera mentioned.
