The dynamic duo, Blaq Diamond have been busy on the road ever since their breakout single "Ibhanoyi," which was about two young men who are in love and work hard to provide for their partners. It became one of the biggest songs on radio, charting at number 1. The song gained traction quickly and the boys received 4 Million views for the songs visuals on YouTube.
Blaq Diamond have been working ever since then, posting snippets on their Instagram accounts. One of the videos that blew the internet away was from Ndu Browns who is one half of Blaq Diamond that Sjava had posted;
The boys hinted that they're working on an album and that this song would be part of it, later announcing the album title, which is called Umuthi, which should be released soon. Without an official date. Blaq Diamond recently previewed another single from the upcoming album which sees other half of Blaq Diamond Danya Devs in school uniform singing along to their unreleased trap-inspired song, which is a different direction to what we are used to.
