#NkaoJova Is @Jovislash 's Brand New Single Presented By @beatmochini

Identity and hip hop goes hand in hand, especially in South Africa. With the majority of rappers rapping in the English tongue, this has become common. Even those who are still fluent in their mother tongue prefer the other. But there's Zakwe and Zuluboy, the Motswako empire, and a whole lot more we can't turn a blind eye to. So the question now is; what does it take to make the switch? We'll find out as Jovislash Goes Mostwako.

Comic rapper Jovislash takes on this journey, inspired by his late mentor, HHP. He shares the story below:

As Beatmochini presents the fourth part of his No Plan B series, he aids Jovislash as he attempts and challenges himself to writing and making music in Setswana. Which better producer to work with honestly. The EP is set to drop this Friday, on the 5th of July. Here's what the track-list looks like:

A taste of what to expect, the duo premieres the first single off the take titled, "Nkao Jova." We're happy the switch didn't have Jovi lose his humour and fun touch in music.
