Lil Wayne recently released his critically acclaimed Carter V project which sold 480 000 copies in its first week. He comes fresh off winning a lifetime achievement award at the BET Hip Hop Awards this past weekend to release a brand new music video for one of the songs on the project, Uproar.
The Mills Miller directed video looks to leverage the dance challenge trend in music as it sees a number of young dancers get the chance to bust a move in front of the camera for the Weezy #UproarChallenge. The visual concept really brings the song to life with its fun nature which makes it more likely to achieve higher success in terms of streaming.
