Styles P and Dave East reunite in a new joint, Feels Good, and bring back some authentic raps reminiscent of past New York hip hop joints. Over a sombre, piano-laced instrumental, the two lyricists trade bars and reflect on their times in the streets to finally climbing up the ladder in rap. A surprising twist in the track has to be Kehlani's entry halfway where she shares a mixture of rap and some melodies to bring a strong addition to the track.
It appears Feels Good could be the first single off a possible project from either Ghost or East, possibly even a joint EP. Both rappers released some solid projects this year and are already promoting something titled Beloved set for release soon, looking forward to finding out what it is.
