Following the initial announcement from last week, Solo and the BETR Gang drop off their first single taken from their forthcoming Tour Dates Deluxe Edition project.
Paying homage to the mother city of motswako music, they recruit Ginger Trill, HHP, as well as KT who hold it down for the North West in Death Or This. I believe what makes the tune extra special is Dede Wyt's hilarious appearance as he takes over Radio Monate which many got a taste of in Khuli Chana's MotswakOriginator album and much like Chana power, Solo takes his hat off to Jabba and borrows Khuli's Hape Le Hape Part. 1 opening line.
Coming off the chorus, Ginger jumps in for a stellar display of lyrical excellence. Later comes in Jabba who schools the new kids and flexes his seasoned experience behind the mic before making way for KT as he delivers a fiery closing verse. It can only get better from here, Solo and the BETR Gang definitely brought the heat with this one.
