@NICKIMINAJ ft @Nas - Sorry

By @Lenoir on 08/13/2018 in Music

Last Friday, Nicki Minaj released her highly anticipated Queen album which was already led by twin singles, Barbie Tingz and Chun Li and later, Bed with Ariana Grande. Queen was originally expected to drop on June the 15th, sharing a release date with Nas' self-titled album but was later pushed back.

Today, the two stars release a song together titled Sorry which never made it into either of their albums. The song samples Tracy Chapman's Baby Can I Hold You from the late 80s and Nicki owns the song with a reggae-inspired chorus over the dancehall instrumental, followed by memorable verses from herself and Nas. It's no telling whether or not this song is in reference to their past romance but if that's enough to drop a couple more joints, then I suggest they do the most!
