Chicago native, Mick Jenkins, has just dropped off his latest single titled Bruce Banner and further proclaims himself as a writer, not a rapper, as he mentions in his opening line. The new single seems like an ample reminder of who Jenkins really is and what he's capable of lyrically.
Bruce Banner is punchline heavy, just straight bars and no chorus on sight except for the "f#$% wrong with 'em" pause in between. At just shy of four minutes long, Mick Jenkins delivers some mean bars and even goes as far as dropping a claim saying Kendrick Lamar is the only rapper worthy of coming against him. Note his impressive wordplay after 02:00 minutes, give the song a listen and tell us what you think.
