Chris Rivers in on a roll with his music releases which have been consistent since he started the Barz Day Wednesday series. Last week, the rapper went over Tekashi 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj's Fefe in his own version titled Free Free, today the Bronx emcee channels Isaiah Rashad and freestyles over his single, Shot You Down taken from the Cilvia Demo EP.
Rivers renames the song as Now Or Never, his most introspective joint which finds him rapping about all the obstacles he had to overcome to reach his dreams, definitely a highlight of Barz Day. Towards the end, Rivers uses some impressive alphabetical wordplay, somewhat reminiscent to Papoose's Alphabetical Slaughter and equally as lethal. Give it a listen below.
