Rapper, record producer, and now actor, Kendrick Lamar, just had his first crack at being an actor after 50 Cent announced his appearance in his popular drama series, Power.
Speaking of crack, in the latest episode, the multi-award winning emcee portrays the role of a junkie named Laces who is seen shuffling around with messy hair trying to sell gift cards to 50 Cent's character and another man in the street. According to the program's creator and showrunner, Courtney Kemp, it was K.Dot who reached out to for a chance to appear in the show. He also made the suggestion to play the role of an addict, which is how Laces came about.
