For the love of rap and finesse, Kandy Koated rapper Espiquet has decided to flex on us with his latest freestyle titled Starter Kit.
The track, which is just shy of two minutes, ends just as quickly as you start to get into its groove. Espiquet's infectious voice immediately grips you, but that's not all that packs a punch in this freestyle. He paints a vivid unfolding picture with every rhyme he drops as he builds a story of owing the streets. With a message saying, "Just getting started" on the song's description, one can't help but wonder if there's more up his sleeves with regard to another project since he last gave us the Friday Night EP in December (2017). Whether that is on the cards or not, this freestyle is enough to hold us over till whatever else he's got in store for us arrives.
