In this new chapter we see worlds erupt as Anamika (Rouge) falls in love with another patient at the hospital, while Naledi (Denise) mistakes a hug between Anamika and the doctor for something more than what it is. From there on things go south as it turns out that Ana was played by this other patient all orchestrated by Dr Mmushi (Atandwa). I knew I could't trust this doctor, I saw it in the previous episode. Ingathi he's using Ana's pain to draw inspiration for his next book. SHAMELESS! PHO! Shout out to Rouge for the convincing enactment of her lyrics on Mediocre, she has me all up in my feels after that scene.
