Joey Bada$$ is here to drop off a remake of Prince's When Doves Cry, adding a twist and calling it Thugz Cry. After doing a cover of the song live on radio a few days ago and getting a great response from listeners, the Badmon decided to go ahead and record the track officially. Here Joey does more than just rap, the artist raises the bar by sharing his vocal abilities and singing throughout most of the track. Thugz Cry will give you hints of Wiz Khalifa and Bone Thugz 'N Harmony if you listen closely. Joey has already promised to consistently drop new music for his fans, this track being another concrete delivery from him - I might just shed a thug tear.
