@RiccoLuty - Aquarius EP

By @Lenoir on 11/15/2017 in Projects You Should Hear

Ricco just released an impromptu project titled Aquarius and we hear that he worked on the EP over the span of four days. As much as it's a lot of work to put a single track together, in my mind I assume that because the EP consists of only four tracks, Ricco dedicated a day to each one of them. We're nearing the end of 2017 and as much as many people have experienced success, some haven't had the luck. Artists are currently getting much of their music out for the festive season and Ricco wanted to get this project out as well.

First off we have Not Again, Ricco finds himself going back to his past love and he begs her for another try. With just two minutes, the track slowly comes to an end and transitions to the next one being Full Moon. The title of the track and the cover art remind me of Chris Brown's recently released Heartbreak On A Full Moon. Ricco continues to woo his lady and promises her everything, this effort goes well into Shorty where he promises that even though he's not a violent guy, he would surely kill for his girl. The last track, My Mind has the only feature in the EP being from PatrickxxLee. Ricco shared that the project consisted of all the things he's had on his mind which he wanted to let out to the world. My Mind has a hard-hitting beat and the duo raps and sings about their thoughts as well as how they just can't seem to let go of their ladies. This is a unique body of work, Ricco did a great job.
