Rapsody is fresh off the release of her second studio album, Leila's Wisdom which was widely received by the Hip Hop community, now she gives us the first visuals from the album for Power with Kendrick Lamar and Lance Skiiiwalker. In the beginning, we see different videos including that of a bare-chested man with his fists up in self-defence, a little girl standing in a sunflower field and a newborn baby crying. As the visuals transition takes place, we also Rapsody and Lance in a dimly lit room filled with smoke and later in a torn down building. The song changes midway to Ridin, another track off of Rapsody's Leila's Wisdom which features GQ. A stand-out thing for me in the video has to be the fact that only people of colour appear for a cameo.
