YG Hottie ft @kendricklamar - The City

YG Hottie and Kendrick Lamar show love to Compton on their new joint, The City. It's dope that this is actually the second time Kendrick features on a track with the same title, the last time being on The Game's track. Well, it's three if you count The Recipe with Dr Dre where they basically rep their city on there as well. YG Hottie kicks the track off and shows love to his city while also mentioning how far he's come. Kendrick, who has gained much popularity and respect since Good Kid M.A.A.D City dropped back in 2013, has always emphasised giving back to his city in any way that he can. The two have collaborated before on a track titled Two Presidents, here although Kendrick came through with an outstanding verse, YG managed to hold his own.
