I've actually been waiting for this track to drop since the announcement a few days ago. As a follow up to Angels, PdotO gives us another single and this time he's joined by the very poetic FlexBoogie for The Last Ballad. This is actually the second time they feature on the same track, the first time being last year on FlexBoogie's On Road, a dope dancehall-infused track. Now on a soft Genius production, they look back on their struggles, both in the industry and personal lives. A very introspective track, P continues to show us how talented he is as he drops bars and reminds us that he's one of the greatest, dead or alive. FlexBoogie who just released his book, 200 Truths About Love, delivers the final verse asking if he will be missed once he leaves and if he'll be remembered for his beautiful songs.
