We don't think anyone can make taking shots sound so precise and sophisticated like Snoop Dogg is on this new song titled What Is This? This new piece is filled with, "Questions that need answers," as Uncle Snoop speaks on his disapproval of the state of music right now. Contrary to popular inclination to call him a hater, he doesn't sound like one at all. He's simply laying it down like it is - well, from his perspective. 

You gotta put some respek on the Uncle for running the scene consistently for over 25 years and still being able to rap mad circles in the "new age". October London joins him on the hook to reiterate the question pointing out how people are not genuine anymore keeping their truths locked in. This is something a lot of OG's are calling out lately implying that a lot of rappers and now RnB singers are "in the closet." Although we could debate at length about whether anyone's sexuality needs to be openly declared or not, the track itself is fire okay? That classic bass guitar and those old school funk synths are killing the beat. Nottz outdid himself on the production!
